Foundation for Puerto Rico presented to area residents its progress in developing the plan for Destino 191, a project to support the initiatives of community leaders in the Cubuy sector of the Río Blanco neighborhood in Naguabo. Destino 191 seeks to revitalize and convert the PR-191 highway into an attractive and vibrant tourist destination; and that it be recognized as the second official entrance to the El Yunque National Forest. Brillembourg Capriles Group participated as a stakeholder in the area from where it operates.
